What are the conditions of warranty?

All products sold by 4WH are sold with manufacturer's warranty meaning we are the middleman between yourself and the manufacturer during a claim.

  1. Replacement parts will be supplied by 4WH under the following circumstances:
  2. The product arrives damaged or faulty
  3. The product is not compatible with your vehicle or suited for intended purpose
  4. The product does not match the advertised description
  5. The product was damaged in transit
  6. The claim is being made within 60 days of receival

Excluding warranty claims issues regarding fitment etc. must be advised within 2 months of receival of the parts otherwise you will be outside of our offered return period.

If the issue experienced is derived from a 4WH error, return shipping will be covered back and forth.

Exchanges will only be provided on products that are in resalable condition. The product itself and packaging must remain in original condition (box can be opened, just not damaged).

How much is shipping?
For most products we offer free shipping to metro areas Australia-Wide. Please note for bulky products (e.g Bullbars & Trays) or deliveries to non-metropolitan areas will carry additional freight products.
How long does shipping take?
4WH endeavors to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of purchase however please note during peak times of warehouse traffic delays may apply. Delivery times estimations are 2-5 days for standard shipping to east coast metro areas. Western Australia, as well as regional and remote areas within Australia carries roughly 10 working days for delivery from date of payment. Delivery time is subject to availability of stock and orders may be delayed by up to 30 days by us. If there are any stock delays with your order we will ensure to notify you immediately.
Can I click and collect my order from your warehouse?
We currently have click and collect warehouses in Sydney, Brisbane & Melbourne however please note we may require 1-2 business days for pickups in Sydney and 2-4 business days for pick ups in Brisbane and Melbourne following payment.
Do you provide international shipping?
At the moment we only offer shipping Australia wide to keep our service as focussed as possible, but keep your eyes peeled we will be expanding our shipping network in the near future!
Order Help
I want to change or cancel my order.
If you’ve made a purchase mistake we can rectify it without needing to cancel the order. If you wish to cancel or change your order please contact us right away as most orders are dispatched within 24 hours.
How do I make sure I’ve ordered correctly?

Just enter your vehicle details into the ‘My Garage’ section on the home page then search for the product category you’re after. You can always contact us to double check the listing you are viewing is correct for your vehicle.

What if I can’t find what I’m looking for?

We have access to hundreds of automotive specialist suppliers, if we don’t have a listing for it we may still be able to get a hold of it for you just contact us.
